Sugar Land District One Residents,

I want to thank you for giving me the privilege of both representing District One at City Council and serving District One residents since 2013. The City of Sugar Land City Council has always kept both Safety and Quality of Life for its citizens as a top priority, and I am committed to continue to keep Sugar Land District One as a place all residents are proud to call home, both now and in the future.

It has been my privilege to serve the citizens of District One as a council member and Mayor ProTem (in 2016-17).  For more than 39 years, my family and I have chosen to call District One our home. We love District One for the history, the great schools, the planned growth, and especially the friends and neighbors who also call District One their home.  I also look forward to serving and representing the new residents in District One, recently added by redistricting.

As you may know, the City will have a general election Saturday, May 4th, 2019 to elect four single member district City Council members. It would be my honor to continue to serve as your representative at City Hall. It is my intent to seek re-election for a two year term to continue my service to District One and to Sugar Land as a whole. This will be my fourth-consecutive and last term on city council due to term limits, which I support.

This website has information about me, the issues that I think are important, and about ways you can help the campaign. I want to hear from you and what is important to you.

I ask for your help, support and vote to continue to serve District One Residents and the City of Sugar Land.
